Born out of a weekly jazz gig at the late great HopYard on Gottingen street, The Brickworks got gritty and have since roamed from Bearly's House of Blues, to The Carleton, Halifax Jazz Fest, and private events.
The Brickworks harkens back to 60s-80s blues and soul classics. A rotating catalogue of songs covering artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Freddie King, Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder, stretching all the way to a fan-favourite cover of Beyonce's "Love on Top"
The Brickworks are here for a good time, not a long time!
